All great points and examples, but in particular the "build the wall" thing among the MAGA idiots struck me. Even if we successfully walled off the entire southern border, we'd still have the incentive system in place for illegals to figure out how to circumvent said wall. Destroy the incentive and very few will continue to enter illegally. Yup, that does mean going after US businesses and destroying them as required. So what? We're either a nation of laws or we're not. Looks like not.
