From what . . . exactly what?
There are no civil penalties
No criminal penalties
No legal penalties.
No social penalties.
The government has excused all penalties.
In fact, they continue to mandate the vax.

What Amnesty do we get for slavery, discrimination, racism?
None. All of which we stopped. Apologized for. Created Amendments and laws for. Provided restitution for. Promised we would never do it again.
Anyone getting Amnesty for any of that? No.
