@Rowdypeasant: I'm sorry you're having a hard time and hope you start to improve soon. I linked a friend who had it recently to the outpatient (I-MASK+) protocol, which includes 0.2-0.4 mg/kg of ivermectin per day. He had a rough couple of days when first starting it, and I was concerned as his pulse ox dropped a bit. He was taking a little bit over 0.2 because he's around 170 lb and just went to the next-highest weight dose of 200.

There's also an inpatient(MATH+) protocol that may be worth reviewing.
