IF and/or when COVID shots are mandatory for all military personnel and those who refuse are given dishonorable discharges... that would produce a heart pounding scenario. Better to just make their lives miserable by curtailing leave status for them and family members. Build the pressure and keep it on.
But who knows at this point.
