@Juspooped My SO got the J&J jab about a month ago and was sick for 5 days. At that time I was curious if I had an asymptomatic infection so I got an antibody test. Interestingly it came up IgM+/IgG-. The clinician said they had never seen that before. IgM+ indicates a recent exposure and IgG indicates long term antibodies present. According to the test results: "IgM is positive, but IgG is negative: The patient is having an early phase, active COVID-19 infection." We then both had PCR tests the following day which turned up negative. Assuming both tests were accurate it seems the only way for this to happen would be for me to have "caught" the spike protein from my SO.

I thought at the time that the Diamond Princess was the absolutely vital piece of evidence for the potential severity of what we were facing and my personal lack of fear of the virus stems from the (limited) data I was able to find about the survival rate back then. Karl has quite rightly continued to remind us of Diamond Princess. It's been buried everywhere else. I haven't seen that ship mentioned anywhere except here for a long time.

But we're on the losing side here. Brazil and India are going to make the whole world go even more crazy about this thing. Anyone who says they don't think we should be frightened of the virus, or who speaks out against vaccination or masks is heading for big trouble. Here in the UK we are inexorably moving to social scoring starting with our National Health Service app. Me, I don't care any more. I'll say and do whatever I like and I've got a strategy in place to deal with whatever comes my way, provided I get just a tiny bit of warning, which I think I will. Doesn't bother me one bit because I already decided the worst thing that could happen to me is to go into a "Care Home".

I love Ann B, but I'm not sure she's interpreting the language in the Pfizer document correctly. Couldn't "inhalation or skin contact" be referring just to the accidental inhalation or touching of the "vaccine" by health-care workers who are giving the shots or by workers in Pfizer's production facilities?

I know there's a lot of anecdotal stuff floating around on the internet right now, and I'm not dismissing it out of hand, but I am reserving judgment about this whole "shedding" thing until I see more evidence.

For many years I would get a bad cold at least once a year, starting with a hellish sore throat for a couple days, which morphed into blowing my nose, dragging my ass, and feeling like **** for a month while I tried to carry on with my life. My brother said he could kill a cold in one day. He said to put on some socks, sweatpants and a shirt, crawl into bed and lay there for 24 hours, drink water and orange juice, and eat oranges.

One morning in 1996 I woke up with the hellish sore throat which meant another cold was coming. I decided to try his cold cure. I laid there feeling like absolute ****. Around 4 pm I felt a shiver go through my body that lasted for about 2 seconds. After a few minutes I realized that my body didn't ache, and my throat wasn't sore, and I didn't feel like **** anymore. I laid there for another half hour, but I felt so good that I got out of bed. I never got a cold that time.

A year later I got the same killer sore throat and achy body. So I crawled into bed and laid there with my water and oranges. This time I got the 2 second shiver at about 2 pm, and instantly felt better. So I got up and never got a cold that time either.

The amazing thing is that even though my activities and lifestyle didn't change for 20 years, I have never even had a sore throat or a cold since that day in 1997. I hope there was some immunity developed through this process, because I am counting on it to repel the Covid.

Except I don't get a shiver, during sleep I usually will feel my body temp ascend several degrees, stay high for an hour or so, and come back down. I will wake up feeling cooled and well-rested. Next day whatever it is/was is gone.

Regarding wearing a mask in China, I was there for two weeks in 2019. Dirtiest ****hole I have ever been to. After 3 days, my throat burned constantly from the smoke and pollution. Just awful.

I would expect the spike protein shedding to wear off after a period of time. The cells making the protein should be killed off by the immune system.

Is the spike protein the only concern? Do we trust what we are told about the injections? Cells could be programmed to make things that the immune system sees as normal.
