I have a congenital blood-clotting disorder. I take a prescription anti-coagulant every day, and will for the rest of my life. Had 2 hospitalizations for PE in the past. Scary stuff!
Thanks to all the info Ive read on this site, I am 100% anti-Fauccination.
The company I work for went full WFH on March 16th last year. We just got a new email from HR, stating that offices will begin a phased reopening on Monday, September 13.
Policy on masks: In compliance with CDC guidelines, masks will be required at all times upon returning to the office. XXX will maintain a mask policy until further notice.
Policy on Fauccination: XXX does not require employees to disclose their vaccine status, nor do we require you to be vaccinated in order to return to the office (subject to change at any time as we adhere to government health and safety guidelines), with a few exceptions that might apply related to potential exposure and positive cases.
So for the foreseeable future it shouldnt be a problem at work, but it if ever does become required, I will wait for them to fire me. As stated in the comments above, I hope the fallout from Fauccination happens soon.
