In other news, has anyone see the recent announcements by Pfizer that they plan to unblind the participants in their safety trials and offer the control group access to a vaccine? I've also heard Moderna is considering something similar.

Sooooo ... there goes any hope for identifying long term safety issues with the vaccines. Once the control group is jabbed after 6 months, any adverse reactions in the vaxxed group will be compared to ..... <crickets> ?

Apparently the vaccines are sooooo effective that forcing the poor placebo group to wait is downright unfair.
