The emergency protocol the vaccine is being developed and given under is only valid if there is NOT an effective treatment or prophylaxis.

As soon as they admit there is an effective treatment or prophylaxis, the vaccine must stop being distributed and has to go through the full process of animal and human trials before it can be used on a widespread basis.

If they admit they have another treatment, all this effort was for nothing. Nobody will make any more money off the herd. Ivermectin is too cheap to be profitable.

Sad, but true.
