It is beyond dispute that 4 Supreme Court Justices do not 'care' what the Constitution clearly states and therefore legislate from the bench based upon personal and political opinion. The SCOTUS is the defender of the Constitution which is the bedrock of the Republic NOTHING else matters in the country at the moment without faithfulness to the words of law and bringing those who break law before the court. Trump said he intended to address both sides of the coin ~ Choose SCOTUS nominees who would interpret the Constitution as written AS WELL AS charge individuals with the crimes they committed.
