Biden doesn't have a leg to stand on here. If this is allowed to stand, that Dem Rep that pulled the fire alarm gets prosecuted, all those protests in capitals get prosecuted etc etc. I don't see how they even attempt to get Trump since he was never at the Capitol and told people to be peaceful. I would like to see SCOTUS blow up all those convictions from this law, just to give the Democrats and Biden a giant shit sandwich.
