Their only method of survival is to raid non-warrior ant societies and capture eggs and larvae that will grow up to be worker ants that feed and nourish the exclusively warrior-ant over class and Queen. Like Spartans dependent on helots. The pathological global elite doesn't have to know how to grow its food or extract its oil, so long as it maintains control of the mechanism that gives it a monopoly on violence.
