I take Zyrtec, Flonase, multi-vitamin religiously because I'm allergic to all tree pollen. I take extra vitamin D during the Winter. I take Zinc when I start getting drainage. My wife has added others over the last couple of years. The pix is my daily intake. The pix isnt showing up in the preview so Im hoping it shows on the final result. TG ... like you say its about choices. Im a bit over weight but am on a wife induced diet. But Ive been an athlete all my life from football to soccer to running.
