Karl, didn't you mention that the boosters would likely need a higher antibody titer than the original vax in order to produce enough neutralizing antibodies to be effective, since the non-neutralizing antibodies left behind by the original doses need to be overcome? Would that titer need to be higher every year to overcome the previous year's non-neutralizing antibodies? Because at some point they'd hit the LD50 for injected spike protein and their customers would be screwed either way.
