You wait for the middle of winter and you may well get **ed. The thing with the flu shot is that they have to guess what will be prevalent the next year AND a lot of people have resistance (exactly as they do with Covid) because strains come around again. If you have some existing immunity (and as I've pointed out 80% do) then for THOSE people they probably still have a decent amount of protection -- but for them the shot was wasted anyway. However, if you're in the 20% and get infected during that antibody build time you may well be **ed and done. 2021-05-26 20:24:02
