I did give blood earlier this year (I started doing this last summer to reduce Iron levals,,,as always for anti-aging purposes) and got a letter from them stating I did NOT have covid-19 antibodies. I was stunned, until Karl here explained this is normal. Its the T-cell memory that is the long lasting component of immunity, which is not tested for.

I know about ACA causing all of the hospitals to gobble up all of the private practices. This is because large medical institutions (e.g. hospitals) get reimbursement at higher rates than traditions private practices (because they are considered SPECIAL).

I stopped taking Zinc a long time ago. It caused me to have higher histamine levels which, in turn, gave me a persistent cough that was annoying to the wife and myself. I stopped with the NAD+ boosters several years ago for the same reason. I just looked at the FLCCC protocol. I have Melatonin, Quercetin, and Zinc available. I just don't take them right now. I take Vitamin D and sometimes C. I do not take anything specific to immunity. I do take the standard LEF Mix, CoQ-10, Carnosine, and TMG.

Something I do and urge all others to do the same is restrictive weight training (e.g. body building) in a two-day split, four days per week and aerobic (swimming for 40 minutes and/or power walking for 6-7 miles) three times per week. Yes, all of this takes 6-8 hours per week. But it is well worth it. I think (but have not proven with MRI scan) that long term bodybuilding can regenerate or maintain the Thymus gland. My reasoning is based on a protocol someone I know developed that involved the use of HGH, DHEA, and Metformin to regenerate his Thymus gland. He told me that it was the HGH that did the actual regeneration and that the other two compounds were to control the "pro-diabetic" effects of the HGH. It is known that bodybuilding, done naturally (no performance enhancing compounds) increases your production of HGH, but at a level lower than taking HGH injections. Thus, I believe I can get some regeneration without the risk of pro-diabetic effects of HGH supplementation.

The number one thing that pissed me off about the lockdowns last year were the gym closures. This pissed me off to no end. The people I worked with didn't hear the end of it from me for three months. My work wasn't affected at all.
