@Patentleathershoes - Get your hands on a Budesonide inhaler if you become symptomatic. I was frankly STUNNED at the COPD/Emphysema data; I knew there was underrepresentation in the SLE community with deaths that would have been expected to destroy everyone with it, but had no idea that it was anywhere NEAR as clear-cut with the COPD crowd. I suspect ANY of the inhaled steroids (there are several) work since there are a whole bunch of different ones that COPD and Emphysema suffers are prescribed yet the death data for 2020 shows they died LESS often last year. That's the best evidence I've seen for a therapy among anything simply due to the statistical power of size. That's a LOT bigger community than SLE sufferers too; about 20 million in the US between COPD and Emphysema, .vs. about ~3 million for SLE and related indications.
