The CCP has the ability to exploit a wide range of vulnerabilities right now. Regardless of economic sanctions. When they get desperate enough, they will do something. Release another virus, on accident of course, or maybe a Cyber attack on critical infrastructure., or maybe they just try to take over Vancouver? There are lots of things they can do if they get desperate enough.
