Burya: Might be wise to say that from X date forward, everybody that can be, will be charged. Trying to charge for past crimes, while the right thing, is simply impossible. We can't shut down our entire medical industry by putting 95%+ of them in jail - and that's exactly what would happen if you tried to prosecute past crimes. 2017-04-03 13:14:28
