KD- is Medicare spending included in your cost estimate or just Medicaid for bottom 20% you mentioned. I would think there would be significant social security disability costs within that population cohort but don't know the number off hand. I suspect a great portion of that 46K per bottom quintile is supporting a 1er% somewhere else in a way the free market never would. 2014-05-19 14:29:22
