Thesev, A Ukrainian "2nd Amendment" won't fly with the financiers. Soros didn't fund the insurrections in the Ukraine with the idea that they would keep their sovereignty. Summers et al are already pounding the drum for World Bank loans so they can strip the future away from the Ukrainians before the blood dries in the streets.
