The obezity has been a constant for years. You recognized something horribly wrong in housing, and traced it to freddy and fanny. Surrealestate can't double in a few years. Yet you don't see the fda, big pharma, and a nearly identical structure pushing costs up at 9%+ per year. Neither life expectancy nor QALYs are doubling every 8 years. You can't see a bubble. You say it cannot go on, and are correct. Yet you take the medical almost hyperinflation as normal, markett, and not manipulated. Yet if I asked you to invent a $5k hip, you could probably do so. If I asked you to create a way to implant said hip fir $5k, you could do so. Yet you bemoan that it costs 100k today and will cost 110k next year 2012-01-08 19:29:43
