People think they are eating "healthy" by consuming a sugar-loaded "health bar" and a ton of vitamin (aka sugar) water. The diet here in the South is pretty abysmal. Avoiding sugar is a big key to success. Pretty much all canned or packed food has it added. You would be surprised... kidney beans in a can, spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes, etc all have sugar added. Melt... some scientists think a significant portion of AZ patients actually have Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) which can present the same symptoms. We really have no idea what causes it and how it is spread (my MIL died of it at age 64). It works like a slower form of mad cow. What are we doing to do with all of the AZ patients and the autism children who grow up to be very low or non- functioning? THAT is a scary thought. Last modified: 2012-01-08 18:55:46 by erica712
