As a health and fitness enthusiast myself, I agree with you about it not being hard. Unfortunately, most folks don't have the type of discipline you do. For that reason, I think it is genuinely hard for many folks.....

By the way, how many new clothes did you have to buy? I think you might have given retail a little boost, eh? smiley
