I have not said this is all "Sunshine & Lollipops". There are definitely problems with the political and election process, but I don't think that ignoring the plain language of the constitution is an acceptable way to address those problems. Hence I have to conclude that in this case (unlike Kelo) the SCOTUS made the right decision. -Uwe- 2010-01-24 21:39:32
