I can see one more problem with the amendment. As TF says he doesnt know who his biological father is and thus might be a foreigner.
I read that up to 25% of birth certificates list someone as the father who is not the biological father. Now today we have genetic tests that our grandparents didnt have to prove who is the father. But can the government force people to submit to testing to prove who is the father of applicants for government office?
What if the applicants allleged father is dead as would apply to most mature office seekers and when was the last time a US president was sworn in with a living father?
And didnt we ask Obummer whos your daddy?
So perhaps the biological father bit needs reworking to fit in with reality.
