I agree that you still need a source of energy. I was asking whether it would be a safe way to use hydrogen for vehicles and so act as an alternate to carbon based synfuel in your scenario.

It sounds like it might be safe, but probably a lot more costly given the hydrocarbon efficiency. Appreciate your expertise on this, as with so many other things.
