I have hesitated to relay anecdotal information to our group, however, I was thinking today of a woman I knew very well many years ago who suffered from an aneurysm and subsequently recovered after insertion of a clip during brain surgery. To almost everyone, she seemed no different than before. But, to me, there was a subtle shift in personality that I could sense but not describe. It could be due to the isolation from lockdowns and subsequent restart of socialization, however, a few people I have interacted with recently that are vaccinated also seem different to me. Crazy? Then, two weekends ago, I was in Las Vegas at an antique store where a woman (the proprietor) who my wife knew for years did not recognize us. She was otherwise walking around the store and assisting customers in what appeared to mostly be her usual manner but with a detectable, to us, odd look on her face. We were stunned. Something happened to her. When we were last there in May she mentioned that she had just been vaccinated. It could be in this case a coincidence, but these sort of odd experiences are adding up.
