While they say it's the first post mortem study I am inclined believe its the first PUBLISHED post mortem released for public viewing insomuch as there have been so many questionable deaths surrounding the injections.
Anyway it has a couple of points in the abstract that are interesting.
1.Spike protein(S1) antigen-binding showed significant levels for immunoglobulin(Ig)G, while nucleocapsid IgG/IgM was not elicited.
2.These results might suggest that the first vaccination induces immunogenicity but not sterile immunity
Interesting choice of words I thought. Rather like I have read that somewhere else.
