This, and the inverse square law from the 5G towers is why I think the 5G panic is bogus. Microwaves and millimeter waves are non-ionizing. The effect from them will be thermal. There is some possibility that lots of cell phone use with holding it next to your ear may cause cancer. I think this unlikely. But if so the best way to prevent this is either a corded ear buds or a blue tooth ear piece (blue tooth is VERY low energy), which is what most people, including myself, do anyways for convenience only.
