Dose varies by weight. You need 1 ml for every 110 lbs of your body weight.
And when you measure it out into a measuring spoon, 1 ml equals 0.2 tsp.
If you have any comorbidities or you're at elevated risk for any other reason, take that once a week, not once a month.
