@Redjack, I am a lawyer also - a small-timer, for sure. I think the key will be where this goes from here and if public perception/emotion swings the other way. If this goes as Karl is predicting, the narratives all break down and people feel lied to, I'd think you'll find legal suits will gain a bunch of traction and there'll be favorable outcomes. Just look at the saga of Colin Kapernick. In the public eye he went from pariah to saint. He was the same person and had the same stance/message the whole time. It was strictly a matter of public perception changing. If this swings around, suits like the Houston Baptist one will likely have a completely different outcome, certainly if unions are involved, and possibly even if employees are deemed "at will" if they recognize this as a form of medical discrimination.
