None less than the estimable Dr. Mike Yeadon, former VP of Pfizer, has reluctantly concluded that indeed, worldwide digital tracking of every human being on the planet is the endgoal, and vaccine passports are the means to that end. There is no scientific reason to vaccinate everybody, and some enormous reasons not to.

Actually, that's what Dr. Mike Yeadon was saying as recently as a couple months ago. His analysis of the situation has gotten even grimmer since then. He now believes there is no explanation for what is happening except for the deliberate kill-off of most of the world's human population. And the vaccine passports are a means to THAT end.
