Star = Vaccination

The folks with stars on their bellies sneer down at our lack of stars with contempt.

However, I'm betting most people with stars currently will wish they didn't have them when star-bellied people start dropping like flies. But alas, the star is permanent... you can't "undo" the star you had imprinted upon your belly.
