There is not one Congressperson nor our President who will face reality.

There are 536 criminal-supporting people infesting Washington DC.  The nation would be well-served if they, and all their families, were to be sitting right under a nice-sized asteroid at impact.

Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Kevin McAleenan testified Tuesday that 90 percent of asylum-seekers tracked under a recently instituted program skipped the hearings in which their cases were to be adjudicated.

Testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee, McAleenan explained that his department is hampered in its efforts to deter illegal immigration by U.S. laws that allow asylum-seekers to remain on U.S. soil under their own recognizance for months or even years while awaiting a hearing that the vast majority of them simply skip.

"Skipping" a court appearance is a criminal act.  If you or I try that we get a bench warrant issued for our arrest, there will be people looking for us, they will find us, and when they do we'll get hauled in front of said Judge who is going to be very angry.

Further, these people know that 90% of the time they are going to be ordered to be removed, and thus immediately deported.  They "skip" said court hearing for the specific purpose of evading deportation.

The President has the power, confirmed by the US Supreme Court, to refuse entry for any person or group of persons on the grounds of national security.  That nine out of ten who "enter" in this manner will refuse to comply with the laws of the United States and appear as ordered in court is more than sufficient cause to shut the border entirely.

He has refused to do so, and through that refusal President Trump supports the lawbreaking of these people.  He is a criminal apologist and accessory before the fact, along with being in violation of his oath of office.  This is an impeachable offense.

Further, every member of Congress is similarly complicit and guilty of the same offense.

Every.

Single.

One.

Every sitting Congressperson of both parties is equally culpable for their refusal to bring to the floor and pass whatever is necessary to make clear that any failure to appear in this fashion is cause to be immediately hunted down, deported and permanently barred from re-entry to the United States.  Any person attempting said re-entry after such a deportation must be treated as an invader; they had their due process before, now they get prison if not worse.

Further, to the extent the United States provides any aid or funding of any sort by any person, whether public or private, to said nation of origin that is subject to being docked for every single dollar of expense any such illegal invader imposes on the Untied States or her citizens including but not limited to court costs, social service expenditures and the cost of imprisonment and deportation.  Such must be offset immediately and if there is no offset to be had then it is a debt and no person from that nation nor any diplomatic contact may be maintained or held until it is paid.  PERIOD.

I'm done.  You ought to be done.

This is not "migration"; it is both rank lawlessness and an invasion and our government has a duty to stop it.

NOW.

If the 536 criminals will not do what must be done to stop this -- right here and now -- then it is time to take serious consideration as to whether the contractual agreement that binds all of us together in a nation has been irrevocably broken by those 536 criminals, and if such a determination is reached then it is time to reprise the famous words "When in the course of human events..."

Such a simple concept of not allowing them in the country to begin with. Why is Trump such a pussy. Who is he afraid of or are his BS advisors telling him he can't stop it? As President, he has ever right to stop this crap. Over 300 Africans in Uvalde, TX infecting the town. What a bunch of BS. If Trump doesn't get off his butt right now and stop this, the 2020 election will be our last.
