Having my shop located where it was prior to where it is now I saw this first hand. I've personally known quite a few non whites in da hood who ****ed up when they were young. And YES they have in fact paid their debt to society...there should be a mechanism to have ones record expunged after a time so they may move on with life and get with the program. Sadly this is not the case and I for one will stand here and say it's a ****ing shame.
