A Ukrainian "2nd Amendment" won't fly with the financiers.

Soros didn't fund the insurrections in the Ukraine with the idea that they would keep their sovereignty.

Summers et al are already pounding the drum for World Bank loans so they can strip the future away from the Ukrainians before the blood dries in the streets.

If the people adopt the cause and get it, self protection will give them a better chance once the lenders leave or are forced to leave.

The way I see it, the Ukrainian law-enforcement is not as well-heeled and not as well equipped as American law enforcement. This gives the people of bit more leverage. Had this same scenario happened in the US there would have been drones and missiles in the air and it would've been a bloody massacre.

My theory is that Russian and Ukrainian police are not as dehumanized as American police. Most of them are paid very little and don't have the same power / prestige issues as American police.

So, I have been kind of wondering why the Ukrainian Mil. has not been all over Russia's butt.
After the 1st of the base take overs.

It sounds like the ex-pro russian president fired most of the pro Ukrainian top leadership. And replaced them with pro russian leaders.

The new gov. is trying to weed these folks out. But, the mil has been largely frozen in place.

A case in point, a few hundred Russian marines are surround a major Ukrainian base and demanding that several thousand Ukrainian troops disarm and hand over the base.

C3I has been frozen for the Ukrainians, and is just starting to come back on line.

Stay tuned.

Nato is worried. The Ukrainian mil is turning russian, staying home, or handing in their uniforms.
They need to stop this, and fast.
Or their military is going to go french.

Hmmm, doesn't look like it is worth getting hot over, aside from those pesky security assurances in exchange for nuclear disarmament that is no doubt being watched closely by Iran et.al.

I think we just may be dumb enough to stagger into this...think ex head of the KGB going toe to toe with a community organizer from shitcago and we are definitely outclassed by every single metric of relevance.
