Genesis: can you do leg curls (working the hamstring) on that machine, and if so, how? i ask because i'm currently looking to buy a bench for just the leg exercises. some have a third set of foam rollers where the calves would contact during a leg curl. some lack that third set, yet their product description still claims they can be used for the curls.
