As for Alzheimers, while everyone else around me has there head stuck in their stupid phone, I do crossword puzzles and sudoku. At breaks and lunch only, of course. ;-) Read somewhere that doing those can prevent that disease. Also love to read, and my week long tv viewing amounts to about one hour. Just cannot stomach tv anymore, too damn many commercials ruin it for me. Generally I'll start watching a show, and at the first commercial break turn the dang thing off and not come back.
