This is just disappointing. And tomorrow I am going to go view my dream home, but I've come to find it was initially a foreclosure and then the later buyer also defaulted so it is like a double foreclosure! I'm terrified if I actually buy it and start making payments it will not ever actually been mine legally.

Two points to add. One, there are so many laws that you have do idea if what you do in your daily life is legal or if it is a felony. How can people be expected to have any respect for what is essentially a mine-field masquerading as a legal system? Since Karl started the tea bag protest, how about we take $350.00 of Monopoly money, life money or whatever fraudulent currency you can find and send Eric Holder at the DOJ a letter with $350 in it and ask for our "10 Felony Gift Certificate".
This will protest the lack us Justice at the DOJ and of course, bring attention to the FED's money printing activities. (Our fiat money is interchangeable with their fiat money.
It is even possible that the DOJ will forward the money to Treasury and they will not have to buy "inflated paper" at inflated prices, they can just reissue our payments into the economy.

So, I am eying this beach front house up the street... All I have to do is look up the public records, assign it to myself, claim the "deadbeats" haven't paid me for the note I conveniently lost, and then seal the whole package with my interpretation of Linda Green's notary signature.
Last week I could have done it for free and now it's going to cost me thirty five dollars? Who do I make the check out to?
