At my age (just turned 55) I need all the help I can get to keep my testosterone stores as high as possible.
I've mentioned that I lift heavy 2x a week for 2.5 hours a session and am having a harder time recovering due to my alcohol consumption. Told the wife that either I lay off of excessive drinking or my workouts are going to have to be less intensive. Something has to give.
Sleep quality being affected by too much alcohol consumption decreasing testosterone production is a another bad side effect.
