February 2020 I froze several gallons of milk in non-reactive plastic bottles normally used for water quality sampling, not to live on but mistly in case, for cooking needs.
It worked well. Defrosted milk would require a vigorous shaking to get the fats disolved again and it was never perfect. It's ancient history now, but I'm pretty sure I used them within 6 months, just in time for the milk supply disruptions to kick in.🙄
You nevahknow and I prove time and again, I sort of know but get my timing off completely.
